The second release in the limited-edition Gilded Collection, Huila is a rare and expressive coffee from Colombia’s Huila region.
Grown at elevations up to 6,200 feet, this Pacamara varietal is notoriously hard to cultivate but rewards with bright fruit, creamy body, and layered sweetness. With raspberry-like acidity and a syrupy finish, it’s a balanced brew that surprises in the best way.
